On each podcast we dedicate some time to answering questions from listeners.  Please submit your question using the box below.

You can view the current list of moderated questions here – readers have the opportunity to rate published questions and we will consider this as part of the selection process.

Please be aware of the following:

1. You do not have to give your email address, but if you do we will email you to let you know if your question is selected for an episode of the podcast.  Your email will not be published and will not be used for any other purpose.
2. Please consider prefacing your question with your first name (or your full name if you prefer) – this allows us to mention you on the show when we get to your question. Questions which include a name will be more likely to be selected
3. We can only give general answers to the question you submit – our response is not intended as advice for your specific situation
4. We cannot enter into any correspondence about the questions asked, whether they are featured on the show or not
5. All questions are moderated and will not appear until they have been approved.  Questions which contain swearing, abuse, statements which could be potentially libellous or advertising/spam will be rejected
6. We reserve the right to accept/reject questions for use on the website and/or the show at our absolute discretion and without supplying a reason for our decision
7. These terms are in addition to the terms included in our Terms of Website Use
