About PhotoLegal

Three photographers and a lawyer, nattering about their common interests – what more could you want?

PhotoLegal is a podcast exploring legal issues that affect UK Photographers, from copyright and protection of images on the internet, to the thorny questions about photography in public places and current anti-terrorism laws.

Founded in early 2009 by Darren Hector with assistance from Phill Price and James Barisic, the second series began in September with the addition of co-host Kate Day.  We record every two weeks.  The latest podcast can always be found on the homepage.  From time to time, we invite guests with a perspective on an issue to be discussed to take part – if you have expertise or an interest in a particular subject and would like to guest on the show, please let us know via. the contact page.

We don’t just discuss legal issues or the podcast would be very boring.  We also discuss latest photographic news, new equipment and what we personally as photographers are currently working on.

Thanks for listening.
