Peter Filcek joins us this time in the long march for better sound, but this show’s actually recorded and edited by me (Phill) so apologies for any oddness in sound!

News:

  • Jackie Smith finally leaves!
  • Photographer arrest in downing street
  • Second attempt to find where Section 44 covers is rejected
  • More news from hobbyists getting their work used without permission

The Business:

An discussion about the basics and fundamentals of running a business. Note that we’ll go into IP licensing and tax in other sows but in this one we go in depth into the types of business, insurance and the pitfalls of distance selling.

Your Questions:

  • Can sporting events really claim rights over photos taken there?
  • Do you have the right to ask police for ID?
  • Is it best to stand your ground against policemen or should you bite the bullet?
  • Can anyone ask you delete photographs?
